Trex Filler Putty
Webdec 5, 2023 · i'd make a putty out of resin and fine filings from a spare piece of trex. It bonds well to trex, although their colors do not match trex precisely. Fill the holes, let cure, then sand flush. Webnov 26, 2009 · i have a question regarding the filling of holes in a trex post sleeve. My help got carried away trying to fasten railing to the sleeves and drilled before making sure.
I'd use 80 grit or finer sandpaper for a good result.
