Webhilton head vacation advice. Most people go to coligny plaza shopping center near the beach or to the new shelter. Webit depends what you want. Webwe've been to hilton head one other time and absolutely fell in love, but didn't really see much of the island. I'm looking for suggestions of fun things to do or must see places. We are debating between sonesta and omni. Webthe best restaurants on the island are michael anthony's, ombra, redfish, and charlie's in my opinion, but none of those are waterfront. I will be going with my family of 5 next week, but our budget is really tight. Webhilton head island does not really have a downtown for walking around and shopping.
