Pearl has larger rooms all ocean view, hot tub larger. These are all the resorts that cater to the desire. Webwe spent 7 nights at desire rm and 8 nights at desire pearl. I think it is 84 rooms at pearl vs 180 at drm. Lomas transfers to rm from marriott was on time and no problem stopping at a convenience. Webthere are things that are better at each resort. Webmy wife (28f) and i (30m) are looking into clothing optional resorts.
