Try to find your phone or device. Webcontact your carrier’s customer service right away to report the phone missing. Webbefore you replace a device. Take your phone number off key accounts like your email where you use it for. Webif your identity (ssn, combination of name & address) was stolen and used to set up a new at&t account without your authorization, please file an ‘identity theft’ claim below. If it’s stolen, you’ll also want to block your device so it can’t be used on our network. Suspend service and block.
